Solid purchase
My first concern with any ripped clothing for young children is safety. The distressed areas here are clean-edged with no sharp points or unraveling threads. My daughter has been wearing these for 6 weeks with no issues. She pairs them with a pretty blouse for family visits and a simple tee for everyday wear. Quality is solid. The elastic waistband makes it easy for her to dress herself, which she insists on.
Happy with this

Okay, not great
I was unsure about ripped jeans for a 5-year-old but these are done tastefully. The rips are small and the edges are finished cleanly, no raw threads. My son wears them with a bright-coloured graphic tee and sneakers for playdates and weekend outings. He gets compliments every time. The denim quality is good and the fit is comfortable with the elastic waist. Colour has held well.
