Shipping Policy

●      Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 1-4 working days, based on product category.

●      Shipping Charges: Free for all orders within India.

Returns & Exchanges

●      Request Period: Within 7 days of delivery via www.ragsjuniors.com

●      Condition: Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have been worn, a refund will not be provided.

●      Process: Exchanges/returns are processed after quality check upon receipt in our warehouse. A Rs. 100 deduction applies for delivery charges.

●      Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

 

Cancellations

Refunds: Full refund for canceled, lost, or undelivered orders, processed to the original payment method.
