Return and Exchange Window: You may return or exchange products within 7 days from the date of delivery. An additional 5-7 days are allotted for the returned product(s) to reach us. A fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual item.

Pick-Up Attempts: Our courier partner will attempt to pick up the return shipment twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to send the shipment back to our address.

Refund Process:

Prepaid Orders: A refund will be processed to the original source of payment once we receive the returned parcel and it successfully passes the quality check. The refund process may take 5-7 working days after approval.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: To process the refund, customers will need to share their bank details (account holder name, account number, and IFSC code) via email at contact@ragsjuniors.com or WhatsApp on 93219 11172. Once verified, the refund will be credited to their bank account within 5-7 working days after the return has been received and approved.

Product Condition: Please return products in the same condition as they were shipped. Products returned in poor condition or that have been clearly worn will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
