The fabric quality is noticeably good and I have no complaints about the cut or fit. My advice based on experience: wash on a gentle cycle and avoid a hot dryer, cotton can shrink a little otherwise. After the first proper wash I found the size was fine but I was careful about it. My son pairs this with a half-sleeve printed shirt for casual use. Looks sharp. Overall a worthwhile buy.

My son is 12 and very active, plays sports and runs around even at social events. He has always been uncomfortable in stiff denim. This cotton version was a game changer. He barely notices he is wearing bottoms, which is the goal. He wears it with a sports-style tee and sneakers most days. On nicer occasions I suggest a tucked-in shirt and he complies, which says a lot. Excellent choice for active children.

I appreciate that this cotton fabric still looks structured, not like a soft pant. It has the visual appeal of denim with better comfort. My daughter uses it for school on most days. She styles it with a simple solid tee tucked in at the front and white canvas shoes. After 8-9 washes the jeans still hold its shape and colour. I would consider the cotton option a better everyday choice over regular denim for kids this age.
