Finding denim that does not irritate young skin is harder than it sounds. This one is soft from the first wear and my son has had no complaints, which is remarkable for a 4-year-old because he does complain about everything else. He wears it to playschool with a colourful top and his little sneakers. After 7 washes the denim still feels soft. Would recommend this over any standard denim for young children.

Toddlers move constantly and restrictive clothing is a problem. This denim has enough give in it that my son can run, climb, and sit comfortably without the waistband digging in. He wears it with a solid-colour tee and sneakers most days. Quality is good for the price. Colour held after washing. Would order again.

My daughter wears these three or four days a week. They have been through many washes and still look good. The elastic waistband has not lost its stretch. She pairs it with a simple tee and small slip-on shoes for school. For slightly nicer occasions I put her in a floral top with the same jeans and it looks cute and put together. A reliable everyday bottom for young children.
