I was curious about the corduroy cargo because it is a less common fabric for children's wear. The texture is subtle and gives the pants a slightly elevated look compared to plain cotton. My son wore it to a family gathering with a white Oxford shirt and looked very put together. For school he wears it with a simple tee. One thing to note: corduroy does need a bit more care when washing, cold water and gentle cycle keeps the texture intact.
